All of our desserts are made from scratch and on demand, hence "Custom Confections". Therefore, once your order is placed we plan to go into production. The time frame from "order to completion", on most orders, is 3 days- not including shipping. Please review our SHIPPING INFO to plan accordingly for your event/delivery.
*Orders of $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Shipping via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). We cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Days are Monday thru Wednesday. Days may be adjusted as holidays/postal operations dictate. If you are placing an order for a time-sensitive event, we recommend placing your order early and schedule it to arrive early.

Upon shipment we will provide you with tracking information. We do not require a signature for the release of any shipment. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
